How is it different from a chat tool?
A chat tool normally waits for prompts. Insane AI Workforce is designed to keep approved work moving within a standing responsibility and defined authority.
Must we activate the complete Workforce?
No. Start with one suitable Manager, combine several, or expand only after reviewing evidence.
Who remains responsible for important decisions?
Your authorised people. AI cannot expand its authority or overrule your instructions.
What knowledge can a Manager use?
Only the organisation information and connected sources approved for its responsibility. Product facts, policies and protected claims must not be invented.
Can every Manager act autonomously?
No. Available modes depend on the module and implementation. Draft, approval, plan-based and bounded autonomous operation may be used where supported.
What happens outside the approved boundary?
The work pauses or returns to an authorised person with the available evidence and decision required.
How does onboarding begin?
Define the problem, measurable outcome, knowledge, systems, permissions, approval points and escalation rules. Test real scenarios before expanding authority.
How are results measured?

Are ecommerce apps part of the Workforce?
No. Shopify apps, Shopify themes and WooCommerce products are separate product ranges. Custom agents and business applications are also separately scoped services.
